I had just started my second business, and it was thriving, but my mental and physical health wasn’t.
I was eating whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted, and I was frequently drinking alcohol.
I looked and felt sluggish, miserable, and depressed, and deep down I wasn’t the role model I wanted to be for my kids, or the strong husband I wanted to be for my wife.
So I started hitting the gym, and I went hard with HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) for 8 months straight.
After 8 months, I decided to enter a transformation contest. I took the pre-contest photo, and to my shock, I looked worse than when I had started training 8 months prior!
I dedicated my life to becoming a better man for my family… only for my body to look worse.
I was disappointed, frustrated and felt a gut wrenching pain of guilt and shame in myself for wasting all that time, money, and effort.
Then COVID hit, and I decided to go back to the drawing board and come up with a NEW strategy.
Locked in seclusion with two 25 lbs weights and the internet, I went on a journey to start learning from some of the greatest bodybuilders out there.
I studied everything that these guys put out over their careers on training methodology, diet, hypertrophy, muscle breakdown and recovery.
Ronnie Coleman, Mike O'Hearn, I even went into the archives and checked out Arnold Schwarzenegger's inspiration.
Then I realized that building muscle over 35 is COMPLETELY different than when you were in high school…
So I developed a program with my new deep understanding of training and nutrition which allows men like you and me to pack on muscle and lose fat like a 19 year old with peak levels of testosterone.
Sometime after COVID subsided, I started implementing everything I learned from the bodybuilders I followed.
I got back in the gym, and after 3 months with the right training information, not only me, but my FAMILY saw significant results.
My biceps bulged out of my sleeves, and I could finally see my six-pack for the first time in my life.
I looked and felt like I have conquered the world,
and I was getting admiration from family, friends, and strangers, which put my confidence to a level I never knew was possible.
I became the man who makes other men feel inspired, the man who my kids lookup to as their hero and the man whose wife can’t get enough of.
